Carolyn McLean is the CEO of Camdel Insurance Services and a seasoned insurance professional with over two decades of experience. With a strong foundation in risk management and customer-focused solutions, Carolyn leads the company with integrity, expertise, and a deep commitment to excellence.

Originally from the beautiful island of Jamaica, Carolyn brings a global perspective and an inspiring story of resilience and leadership. Her journey in the insurance industry has been marked by a passion for helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most.

Carolyn is also a dedicated philanthropist and community advocate. She is the Founder of The Wayne O. Johnson Youth Leadership Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on developing young leaders through mentorship and community involvement. Her civic and professional involvement includes membership in the South East Queens Chamber of Commerce and CASONY’s Women in Support of Excellence (WISE), where she contributes to initiatives that empower women and support small businesses.

A graduate of the University of Technology (UTECH), Jamaica, Carolyn continues to lead by example as a Notary Public and Minister of Religion, roles that highlight her commitment to both professional and spiritual service.
